📚Join BCLC as an Academic Member

We are seeking passionate English teachers who are committed to excellence in education. If you have a love for teaching and meet our language and academic standards, we would be proud to welcome you to the BCLC family.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum English level: CEFR C1 / IELTS Band 7 or above
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, TESL, Education, or related fields
  • TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Professional attitude and passion for student success
